In the heart of Israel's enchanting landscape, amidst lush vineyards and rich soil, a vision was born that became reality - Hoshen Winery.
Our Roots
Hoshen Winery was established out of a deep love for wine and the land, for Israeli society and camaraderie.
It all started with 2 friends and a love for quality wine.
The process begins with selecting the finest vineyards and grape varieties. Our deep connection to the land and the long-standing tradition of winemaking from grandfather's house, combined with innovative techniques, allow us to produce wines with unique character and uncompromising quality.
Production Process
At Hoshen Winery, we believe that excellent wine is created in the vineyard, not just in the cellar. Therefore, we devote exceptional attention to every stage of the process - from grape selection, through manual harvesting at the optimal time, to carefully controlled fermentation and aging processes.
The grapes are harvested in the early morning hours and stored at low temperatures to preserve their natural freshness and aromas.
In our wine cellar, we combine manual work with advanced technology to create wines that reflect the unique Israeli terroir of the vineyard and winery.
Our Philosophy
At Hoshen Winery, we are committed to producing quality wines full of character that tell the story of the Israeli land. We believe in creating an authentic wine experience that connects passion with innovation, nature with art.
We specialize in fine red wines, with our flagship being the Marselan and Merlot varieties, which produce wines with unique depth and aroma. Each bottle contains our commitment to quality, precision, and passion.
Our History
It started with a family harvest with the children, an old refrigerator, and a small blue barrel, and that's where the magic was discovered. The magic of quality grapes that ferment, are pressed, and age, preserving their flavors for a sip of experience.
And the years passed, and we played and tried and grew together with the children and the wine until we dared to share with others as well.
Our Future
And while we're here, the 2024 vintage is maturing and aging. Waiting for the right time to receive the bottle shock, to calm down and tell us the story of the 2024 vintage, a vintage of war and hope for the return of the hostages. "And the land was quiet for 40(1) years"
