Our Wines
Our wine collection includes a single-variety Merlot from the Ben Zimra vineyard in the Upper Galilee, an exclusive Marselan from Alon HaGalil, and a unique blend that harmoniously combines Sangiovese, Merlot, and Marselan. Each of these wines is carefully aged for 10-13 months to provide a rich and complex tasting experience that reflects the unique terroir of the Israeli Galilee.
In every sip of our wines, you can taste the story of the Galilee - the sun, the soil, and our passion for creating wine that is more than just a drink; it's an experience, a memory, and a moment of elevation.
Marselan Red Wine 2023
₪ 100This select Galilean wine is produced from grapes harvested by hand with careful attention, while maintaining high standards of quality and precision. The wine was fermented in small tanks with careful manual stirring and individual attention.
The wine was aged for about 10-12 months in French oak barrels.

Our wines are an authentic expression of the special Galilean soil. Each bottle represents our commitment to traditional production processes, from carefully hand-harvesting the grapes, through controlled fermentation in small tanks with manual mixing, to extended aging in select French oak barrels. This dedication to quality and originality is imbued in every drop of our wines.
